Veggie Village Workshop
Growing on Sand, Small Place & Small People
Growing on sand is one fo the most difficult mediums to grow on. Leonie over the last 9 years has been experimenting with various methods and now grows a thriving vegetable garden. Leonie will share her experiences with you and get you started.

Living in the Noosa area you are often confronted with minimal space for growing but that isn;t a reason to not grow your own food. We will inspire you with some ideas.
Leonie has extensive experience when it comes to gardening with children, and a knack for engaging them and making it not only an educational experience, but more importantly for the child a fun one! One of the most important things parents and grandparents can do for our youth, is impart the joy that can be attained from 'growing' something themselves. There are also some tips for making it easier, that they can take home with them and share.
